To an amazing lady, my mother in law. Dear mom I will miss your smile, your laughter, your sense of humor and tolerance of me. We shared so many fun times and made so many great memories that I will cherish all my life. You accepted me into your family and treated me and my children, their wives and my grandchildren as your own. I am forever grateful for your love and friendship. I told you how I felt before we said goodbye and I am at peace knowing you know how much I loved you. We will be there for Paul as promised. Rest In Peace knowing you left your place in our hearts and I am blessed to have called you mom.

I have been friends with the Viets family since 1960. . What a great family. Betty was a great mother and grandmother to all. She had a great smile, cute laugh, and was a great cook. She always had a large pot of something cooking on the stove after school. She was always so sweat. She was a hard worker, and then she met and married a great man, Paul who was so loving and caring to her. They both were a hoot together. They were happy. I’m so sorry for your loss. I know it hurts so bad, she was precious to all of us.

Betty was truly one of the kindest souls. Her smile and ready laugh will be missed. We were so lucky to be able to spend time with her thru the years.
I am sad to know that I will no longer see Betty’s smiling face. She had a way of making everyone feel like they were her best friend. I felt a special bond with Betty because we both joined the large and wonderful Mattli family around the same time. She will be dearly missed and while this leaves a void in our lives, I can only imagine the celebration going on in heaven.
