Dear Michelle, Chris, and all friends and family of Phyllis. I am so sorry for your loss. We all enjoyed Phyllis’ sense of humor and frankness. She was an original. I wish I could be there to celebrate her life with you all. Stay strong.
We have had the pleasure of being friends and neighbors with Phyllis for 27 years. She was wonderful. She allowed our children to destroy parts of her yard. She let us come and go baking things in her oven as ours didn’t work for almost 10 years. She was always interested in our kids (the same children who ruined parts of her grass). She shared her wonderful children, Chris and Michelle, with us. There was a time when we (foolishly) owned 2 homes. We moved back because of our neighbors. We missed them.
