Manuel was born in Los Angeles, California on March 26, 1955 to Candido and Guadalupe Saldaña.
Loving husband of Kimberly Saldaña (nee Noack); dear father of Christopher Saldaña and Rachel Siatkowski and stepfather of Ryan and Aaron Hughes. Cherished grandfather of Maxwell and Olivia Saldaña, Christian and Ava Siatkowski, John, Evelyn and Grant Hughes and Henry and George Hughes. Dear brother of Julie Cisneros and Rosemarie Garcia. Loving uncle, cousin and dear friend to so many.
