SERVICES: Memorial service will be held at KUTIS AFFTON CHAPEL 10151 Gravois Road St. Louis, MO 63123 on Saturday, February 13, 1:00 p.m.  Contributions to the American Heart Association or to the National Kidney Foundation appreciated.
