Sunday, February 5, 2023.  Beloved husband of Beverly C. Papagianis (nee: Wonch).  Dear father of Maria (James) Birch and Demetrios “Jim” (Kelly) Papagianis.  Dear grandfather of Jennifer McCormick.  Dear papou of Tristen and Arianna.  Dear brother of George Papagianis and the late Violette (surviving Ordie) King.  Our dear brother-in-law, uncle, cousin and friend.

Mr. Papagianis was born in Greece and immigrated to the US in 1956 and later became a naturalized citizen.  A member of Sopiotiko, installed as a cantor at St. Nicholas Greek Church, member and past president of Hellenic-Amarican Progressive League and an avid deer hunter and outdoorsman.

SERVICES:  Funeral from Kutis Affton Chapel 10151 Gravois Road on Thursday, February 9, 9:00 a.m. to St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church for 10:00 a.m. service.  Interment St. Matthew Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, contributions to Sopiotiko Club, St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church or Assumption Greek Orthodox Church appreciated.  Visitation Wednesday 4 – 8 p.m.  Trisaghion service Wednesday 7:00 p.m.
