70, passed Thursday, July 8, 2021. He leaves behind his wife 20 years, Diane Berron, along with his two sons, Kevin and Brian Hoelscher and their wives, four grandchildren, two sisters, and various other friends and family.
He served in the U.S. Navy during the Cold War on the U.S.S. Flasher SSN – 613 submarine. He worked at Anheuser Busch as an engineer for roughly 30 years, where he adopted a retired Anheuser Busch dalmatian, Mickey, his best friend and closest companion.
Memorial Gathering: Kutis Funeral Home in Affton, MO on Sunday, July 11, 2021 from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, please donate to one or more of his favorite charities, Toys for Tots, Make a Wish Foundation, The Salvation Army, the Special Olympics, and/or the USO.

Diane, my thoughts and prayers are with you during this awful time. One thing to remember, although sudden, he didn’t suffer. My heart goes out to you and your family. I’m sure he’ll be missed. May the memories sustain you and ease your grief.

I was shocked to hear of Terry’s passing he was like a brother to me
My mom in heaven called him her second son he was my son’s Godfather we all love him and will miss him
So sorry to hear of Terry’s sudden passing. He was a great peer at A-B with tremendous knowledge and always had a way to keep things upbeat and lively. I will never forget my time working together with him.

Diane, you know I love you and Terry and am just minutes away. My daughter especially wanted me to tell you how kind you both were to her. She will always remember Terry for his love for Mickey and for the Clydesdales. She truly appreciated his help applying for a career working with the majestic horses. He will be missed.
Terry was a life time buddy at the AB Budbuilders. He brought a special cheer of how to fix anything with the challenges of startups. Thanks for being part of my life.

So very sorry. So many funny stories
Terry and I were navy shipmates on the USS Flasher, nuclear attack submarine SSN 613 during the period 1970-1974. In every successful group there are always a few key individuals whose personality, dedication and loyalty help to create the kind of camaderie that makes for a really close, tight-knit group. I’m sure I speak for the entire crew when I say that Terry was one of those individuals for the Flasher. We will miss him.
Terry was a great friend who did all he could for his friends, family, and workmates. He did much to turn tough project into enjoyable ones and social situations into great fun. We will all miss him.

I am heartily sorry to hear of Terry’s passing and extend my most sincere condolences to his family and friends. Terry worked on many projects with me at Anheuser-Busch and I can truthfully say he was always upbeat and never without a smile.

Diane, Tiffany called me yesterday to let me know. Terry was the greatest friend that my father could have had, and he was blessed with that friendship for over 30 years. This is a life that was lived in it’s fullest. A man who was given many talents and also a man who shared his talents in a way that made any team better in capability and courage.
Terry was good for Anheuser Busch and Anheuser Busch was good for Terry.
We leave him in the care of our CREATOR to best assign his talents now.
I will always remember Terry’s unique sense of humor and how he cheered up my day. He was great in his role at the brewery and Anheuser-Busch owes him much thanks. Please accept my sincere condolences for your loss but know that we will all have fond memories of him. He will be sorely missed.
Terry was a true friend and great mentor. He was one of the first people I ever worked with @ A-B in Houston 1983. He was a process expert, completely unafraid of hard work, tons of fun and truly a free spirit! Terry left us too soon. My deepest condolences to the family.
I have been trying to find my old friend since I last saw him in 1976. He had recently started working with Anheuser Busch at the time. Unfortunately, some of my searches succeed too late to reconnect. We went to high school together and graduated together and worked weekends together moving furniture before he enlisted in the US Navy and served on the USS Flasher and I joined the Air Force and served in Europe 1970 – 1974. I knew both of his parents and both of his sisters. Bonds at that age grow fast and strong and I have very fond memories of times together and our great friendship. I am sorry for your loss as well as the loss for the rest of us whose lives he touched in very special ways. Rest peacefully my friend.
