Services: A memorial visitation will be held at KUTIS SOUTH COUNTY CHAPEL, 5255 Lemay Ferry Rd., on Monday, April 26, from 11:00 a.m. until time of service 1:30 p.m. Interment JB National Cemetery. Donations in Thomas’ memory may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
