Bob (“Boompa” to us grandkids) was a very loving grandfather. I will never forget the sound of him playing his banjo; especially when the sound of his music would travel up from the basement through the air vents. It was such a blessing to be able to dance with him one last time on my wedding day. We love you, Boompa, and you will forever be in our thoughts and prayers.
To the entire Loosmore family: I am so sorry for the loss of your father, husband, father-in-law, and grandfather. I have heard many stories of Bob/”Boompa” over the years and I know he will be missed. My deepest condolences to all of you – you are in my prayers for healing and may your happy memories comfort you now and in the coming weeks.
I enjoyed many talks with my neighbor Bob. He gave me advice on my lawn, catching critters, and more. He was so patient with my new puppy, letting her jump all over him in joy. She and I will miss seeing him on our walks.
My prayers and deepest sympathy to Doris and the entire family. I will miss the phone calls Bob and I shared along with a lot of laughs. I know all of you will have a ton of memories.
Love you Bob; Love all of you. Your “twin” cousin LaVerne
We are just heartbroken about the sudden passing of Bob who has been our friend and neighbor for 42 years. We will miss seeing him out in front pulling weeds and tending to the flowers. He always had time to talk and ask about our family and especially our dog, Rockie (he called him Rocko). Bob was a sweet and caring man willing to help us when we needed it. Our deepest sympathies to Doris and family. We hope you find comfort and healing in the memories of Bob.
We will. Always remember our neighbor. Handsome was his nickname and he always had a smile with friendly and kind conversations. Our prayers for Doris and family with our deepest sympathy.
