Although we loved her dearly, we could not make her stay. A golden heart stopped beating, hard working hands put to rest, god broke our hearts to prove to us, he only takes the best. She looks so awesome in this picture, I wish that we could have had more time together. Looks just like Mom. I thought I was the only redhead in the family, but she pulled it off good. I will miss her calls, even if it was hard to understand at the end. Love you Barb.

This picture is so special because I took it when she came up to see me graduate from Navy bootcamp. I know she was so proud of me. I am going to miss her calling constantly, I was so eager for this pandemic to be over so I could take her out to eat what we always like to do. The last time I seen my mother was on her birthday I dropped her gifts off to the assistant living and I honked outside her window and she waved. I dropped some more gifts off to her for Mother’s Day, but didnt get to see her. I suppose GOD allowed us to have her for long enough and now needs her to be with him and her son Steven…. May they both rest in paradise with all of our loved ones…until we meet again. I love you mom. A PIECE OF MY HEART DIED WHEN YOU LEFT ME.
