He is survived by his loving wife, Suzanne Buehrle-Jeffrey.  Tom retired from State Farm Insurance after 40 years.  He was a longtime volunteer at the USO at Lambert Field and was devoted to his parish, the Cathedral Basilica of St. Louis on Lindell Blvd.  He was an accomplished dart player in his younger years.  Tom could talk to anyone and he and Suzanne were fortunate to be able to travel the world.  Burial with military honors was held at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in a private ceremony.  A mass and celebration of Tom’s life will be held later in the summer.  Masses preferred or donation to USO-MO, 10701 Lambert International Blvd., P.0.
