ge 69 passed away Saturday July 9th 2022 following a stroke. She leaves behind her husband of 47 years, Jerry Howell; daughter, Mindy (Brad) Williams; step-daughter, Tamie (Bob) Newman; grandchildren; Elizabeth and Natalie Newman, Danielle and Morgan Williams; brother John (Linda) McNeill; sisters Debra (Robert) Tippen, Sandy Yarborough, Kim (Shawn) Dempsey; sister in law, aunt, and cousin. Cindy was a dear friend and neighbor to many. Cindy was preceded in death by her parents John and Alice McNeill and sister Judy (Robert) Schnarr. Cindy loved spending time with her grandchildren. She was always smiling and full of joy. Her laugh was contagious. She was lovingly known for her Christmas fudge. She would help anyone at anytime. She will truly be missed!
Services; Visitation at Kutis South County Chapel on Wednesday 7/13 from 4-8PM then to Peace Lutheran Church on Thursday 7/14 from 9:30 until service at 10:30. Interment JB National Cemetery.
Aunt Cindy you will be missed by so many. Your spark and love for others was magnetic. You have always been such a loving, thoughtful and supportive Aunt to me and my son. When John was younger he loved hanging out with Aunt Cindy and I will cherish all the wonderful times we had together. You will forever live on in our hearts.

My sympathies and prayers go out to Cindy’s family so sorry I hadn’t seen her in past years but I don’t get to Missouri much. I always looked up to Cindy and thought she was a wonderful cousin.
