Daughter of the late Elmer ”Bud” and Dolores ”Lorry” Hantak; beloved sister of Judy Hantak, Mary (Robert) Mahon and Bill (Sue) Hantak; aunt of Robert III, Brian and Michael (Eva) Mahon, Ben (Sara) and Tom (Ally) Hantak; great-aunt of Liesel, Marlena and Rowan Hantak.
Sue spent 50 years at the company she loved (Willert Home Products). She retired as the Executive Vice President.
Services: Sue has donated her body to St. Louis University School of Medicine. A celebration of her life will be held in the spring of 2022. Donations in her memory appreciated to St. Agatha’s Center, 930 Withnell, St. Louis, MO 63118. A service of KUTIS AFFTON CHAPEL.
I met Sue in the spring of 1977 and we have been dear friends ever since . Sue you were such a wonderful person and will be greatly missed . We will miss the Christmas cards and the occasional phone calls .My family and I loved you .

I always felt that she and her sister Judy were two of the most amazingly unselfish and giving women that I have ever met. She will be missed by all. I know she is with God. I have felt many times that Sue and her sister Judy were two of the most amazingly unselfish and giving people that I have ever met. I have enjoyed both of them throughout the years. I know Sue is with God where she belongs and that we have a new Guardian Angel.
Judy, no words to express how sad we are to hear about Sue’s death. She was such a great example of how a person with some physical disabilities can continue to live and enjoy life (thanks to having a wonderful sister that helped her so much). Take care of yourself during this challenging time and remember all the laughs and fun times you both shared. You can know now that Sue is with God and hope you can feel the prayers and love from all those who know and care so much about both of you!
Sue was part of the Hurster Family for quite awhile. She was Lynne’s right hand at Willert. She and Bill Willert were the supporters who kept her will to live and thrive, thru five years of chemo, alive at work! Sue is and always will be loved by Us and many more. Lynne was certainly happy to see Sue at her side again! Amen!
