On December 9, 2020, David A. Haffner went to be with his Lord. He was preceded in death by his wife Donna (Moore) who he lovingly cared for until her death. David is survived by his children; Jan (Greg) Jolly, Jeff (Mindy) Haffner, Judy (Jeffrey) Skinner and Tom (Krista) Haffner. His grandchildren; Samantha, Megan, Luke, Joshua, Rachel, Andrew, Matthew, Philip, Emilie, Jacob, Carlton, and 7 great grandchildren.
David was born in Milwaukee, WI and entered the U.S. Navy at age 17 serving in World War II. He moved to St. Louis where he met and married Donna. He worked as a tool and die maker at American Can Co. for 45 years while raising his family. During his life, David was involved in planting two churches where he served faithfully in many capacities. He was a member of Bible Study Fellowship for more than 20 years including 5 as a group leader.
After his beloved wife’s death, David moved to Friendship Village in Sunset Hills where he was involved in serving wherever he was needed. He will be missed by many dear friends as well as the Brentwood Breakfast Bunch.

Services: Due to COVID-19 restrictions, private visitation at Kutis South County. Interment J.B. National Cemetery.  There will be a Celebration of Life to remember Dave Monday, December 14, 2020, 11:30 am at Well Spring Family Church 5293 S. Lindbergh Blvd. St. Louis, MO 63126 open to those who can attend or to watch live at https://youtu.be/BpE9iyhfARY
