Sally shared 58 years of marriage with Thomas (deceased). She is survived by her children Thomas (Jan) Glennon, Maureen (Laurence) Kane, and Patrick (Becky) Glennon. Sally’s daughter Kathy (George) Floyd preceded her in death.
Sally was a loving grandmother to Joseph (Angela), Kevin (Shannon), Daniel Glennon and Christie (Michael) Snyder, Brendan (Stephanie), Maura (Ben) and Brian Kane, Sarabeth Smith, Megan (Luther) Lowery and Gregory (Morgan) Floyd, Michael, Kaitlyn and Colin Glennon. Sally also loved her great- grandchildren Joseph, Andrew and Matthew, Mikayla, Lucas and Camillia Glennon, Aidan, Connor, Donovan and Cormac Kane, Christian and Christopher Gossage, and Connor, Liam and Alyson Floyd.
Sally and Tom were among the first families of St. Dominic Savio (now St. John Paul II) Parish. They both volunteered their time for many years with the parish St. Vincent de Paul Society to help those less fortunate. Sally was a talented seamstress and enjoyed gardening and spending time with her grandchildren. Her faith was the most important part of her life followed closely by her family. When faced with a challenge she would often say, “This one’s yours, Lord.”
Sally spent the last 2.5 years of her life at Mary, Queen and Mother Center. She said her mission there was to bring a little sunshine into the lives of the residents and staff.
Donations in Sally’s memory may be made to the St. Vincent de Paul Society of St. John Paul II Parish. Checks can be written to St. Vincent de Paul Society and sent to the parish at 6120 Pebble Hill Road STL 63123.
Services; Funeral from KUTIS AFFTON CHAPEL 10151 Gravois, Saturday September 18, 9:30 AM to St John Paul II School Chapel (formerly St. Dominic Savio) for 10:00 AM mass. Interment Resurrection Cemetery. Visitation Friday September 17, 4:00-8:00 PM.
She was a sweet sweet lady. I am so sorry for your loss.
Mrs. Glennon was a very sweet woman. She graciously helped us when my mom was dying of brain cancer. My mom enjoyed her visits. So happy to think of her reunited in heaven with Mr. Glennon.

We have so many wonderful memories of Aunt Sally and Uncle Tom and their visits to us when we lived in Pensacola, near Uncle Pat and Aunt Rita. Aunt Sally was truly one of the kindest people I have ever met. We are unable to come to the funeral but will have a mass said for her at our church in Fernandina. Our prayers are with the whole family.

Sally was remarkable lady. When her son Patrick married my sister Becky. She not only welcomed Becky, she welcomed all of Becky’s family. And we all loved her so. Sally truely loved the Lord. I believed that Sally had a first class ticket to Heaven
