Beloved wife of the late Leroy A. Gerak; loving mother of Cynthia Brandel, Marsha (Mark) England and the late Clare Gerak; cherished grandmother of Jennifer Owens (Michael Decker), Joseph Brandel, Jacqueline Brandel (Timothy Nolan), Jessica (Harley) Coleman and Aaron (Kelly) England; great- grandmother to Brandon, Kiera, Zachery, Dustin and “Baby England” to be; dearest aunt, great-aunt, great-great-aunt, cousin and friend to many.
Visitation to be held Thursday, February 18th, 4:00-8:00 p.m. at Kutis Affton Chapel, 10151 Gravois Rd. Funeral Mass Friday, February 19 at 9:30 a.m. at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church. Interment at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations to Muscular Dystrophy and the AHA are appreciated.

Cindy & Marsha, So very sorry to hear of your moms passing. She lived a good life. I know Josie was there to welcome her. Im so sorry I won’t be able to come for the visitation or Church service. Due to weather & Covid. Until I get my immunization I don’t go anyplace.
I’m so sorry about your mom’s passing. She was my mom’s best friend, my brother Toms godmother. Your dad was my godfather. So many wonderful memories of our families get togethers. Marsha and Cindy I’m sure our mom’s are having a coffee klotch in heaven right now!!! You were so blessed to have her for so very long.

All the angels above greeted your grandmother with open arms, and Heaven just got a little bit nicer. But I know that you will miss her so much, and hope God speeds you through this pain.
I just learned that Louise had passed. My apologies being late with my condolences. Mrs. Gerak was a classy, dignified, and strong woman and was one of my favorite people from the old neighborhood. My sympathies are extended especially to Marsha and Cindy, and to all of her family and friends. What a long and storied life she had. I will remember her fondly.
