Beloved wife to the late William Frame Jr. (Bill); Mother of late William Frame III (Bill),Deborah Devoe (Debbie), Rita Bauer, Michael Frame (Mike), and Chris Millaway (Chris); Loving grandmother of Ryan, Christopher, Austin, Corinne, Jeff, Ross, Nicole, Brad, Brett, Eric and Bryce. Friends and family are welcome to attend prayer service at Kutis Affton Chapel 10151 Gravois Road on Thursday, November 11, 11:15 a.m. with procession to Resurrection Cemetery.

My condolences to your family. Bob loved Flo like another mom and that’s because she was good to him. She’s a good person, sweet and had a great smile. She’ll be missed. Hold the memories close.

My thoughts and prayers are extended to Debbie, Rita Michael and Chrissie. Aunt Florence is now at peace and reunited with Uncle Bill, Billy, and many other family members and friends who have gone to their rest. We will always have the fond memories.
