Funeral at Kutis AFFTON Chapel 10151 Gravois Rd. Monday, April 18, 2022 at 10:30 AM. Interment at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
Our time together goes back to when you worked at Sappington Market and you always helped my parents. Then our path crossed again through the Brunner family. Thanks for your service. Rest in Peace.
SO glad I got to spend some time with you up at Mercy South! It was fun to reminisce about the good old days! I’m happy you and my brother, Rich, remained lifelong friends. I wonder if you’re working on hot rods up in heaven now? Until we meet again, your favorite “ grease monkey” says, rest well.
Larry, i believe with inner most depths we shall mert again. ,As your neighbor of about six yesr, i guess we never had many conversations about Religion. I would simply like you to how i enjoyed our small talks. Most of all , i want to thank you for service to our great country It was good to mert you children and their spouses, they we re very kind and seemed happy to be with eachother. I hope they always do exactly that when tume permits and with you in their thoughts . I will always remenber you and Willa ( R.I.P). I want to believe the two of you will continue your walks together for all eternity. God bless you Soldier!! Until we meet again✌ Now go get those wings and save me a spot. .
Larry, I’ve known you for 63 years now when you were the first person I met at age 12 in 7th grade. I had just moved from South St. Louis City (St. Boniface) to Melville in South County (St. Francis of Assisi) . You were at the 7th grade front door with another kid and said “hi, my name is Larry Fog are you the new kid joining our class now? I said yes, my name is Rich Pisani and he immediately shook my hand and introduced me to to his best friend at the time, Dan Adam’s!” Thank God for Larry Fog. I was a nervous wreck moving to a brand new neighborhood and school and not knowing anyone. But, both Larry and Dan made me feel right at home. On my first day Larry and Dan introduced me to all the other twenty classmates and I was accepted by all due to their respect for Larry and Dan. My anxiety diminished and I became ‘part of the group’, which Larry headed up.
I know that you are in heaven now waiting to greet me and introduce me to St. Peter…just like you did in 7th grade when you introduced me to Dan Adam’s.
I miss you and can’t wait to see you again! As we said on to each other on my last phone call with you – “love you like a brother, Larry!” You’re my BFF (Best Friend Forever), as the kids say now.
