Beloved daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. Mychal Zoey Eldridge was born on March 28, 2001, left this world unexpectedly on Sunday, August 22, 2021.
Mike, as her family calls her, recently graduated from Lindbergh High School in 2020. Mychal was passionate about music, cosmetology and getting lost in her art. She was planning on attending cosmetology school to become a licensed makeup artist.
Anyone who knew Mike knew that she was a very special soul. She was silly and had an infectious smile that would light up a room.
When you think of Mike, we ask that you remember her soulful spirit and kind heart.

Mychal was the best girl in the world. She’s the only girl I ever loved. She and my son were a couple, and everytime I saw her she brightened up my day. I’ll never forget her… I will never forget her.
I went to school with Mychal. We were never very close but I had always wished we were better friends, I regret not making that happen. I will remember her fondly, my condolences are with your family.

Mychal was one of the most nicest people to walk the halls at lindbergh anytime I felt I needed to talk to someone she always made sure I was okay and tried to help me feel better her bright funny loving personality and caring for others was above & beyond and it hurts me to read this and find that she passed on my birthday she will forever be missed & my prayers, love, & condolences go out to her family

Losing a loved one, especially one so young, is a pain that is undescribable. Leaves a hole in your heart and tears in your eyes forever. They say it gets easier as time goes by, yet the hole is still there and the tears never seem to dry.
Fortunately, Mychal and I got to bond a few months ago when she stayed at my home for 3 days. We got into some really deep conversations about life, her goals and dreams, and of course boys.
I had known her and seen her for years and had casual talks but I feel really lucky and fortunate to get to know her even better during those 3 days.
She was a special person with a huge heart and loved my son Matthew so much. You could tell that they were going to be really close. She had dreams and goals like so many of us and yet no matter how tough things got she was still able to put on a smile. And that laugh…could melt a witches heart.
I was shocked and stunned to her about her passing on Sunday that I still don’t believe it. I still remember her last words to me and will never forget them…” You are the best thing that has ever happened to her…thank you and I love you”.

My heart just aches thinking this has happened. I can’t imagine what your going through. I will never forget getting that phone call from Frank asking me if I decided to go back to babysitting because he had a friend that needed me to watch her little girl. I told him I would think about it and let him know in a couple days. Another friend of mine just happen to be at Hesslers bar and ran into Frank and saw this little girl and she called to tell me that I better make my decision if I really wanted to go back to babysitting before I met her.
Because she has the most beautiful sweetest little girl she has seen & that I would never be able no once I met her. ❤️ I said yes and soon after I met Susan and Mychal and I fell in love with her along with my whole family. She was a huge part of our family ( she was in my daughters wedding) those 3-4 yrs I was blessed to love on her daily, it was truly a treasure. I see her beautiful eyes, her cute smile with those perfect lips and teeth and don’t get me started on her wrinkled nose laughter. Oh Mychal Zoey you were so loved and I’m so sorry we didn’t keep in contact. Fly high sweet girl and have fun with Frank
