Domian, Donna Jean, nee Vignovich, age 74, passed away peacefully, surrounded by family, on April 5, 2021 Donna was born in Des Moines, Iowa to the late Eli and Lois (nee Lark) Vignovich. Adored wife of the late Joseph Domian. Loving mother to Annie Zuniga (Guillermo) and Katie Domian. Cherished grandmother to Guillermo and Andrés. Dear sister to Ray Vignovich (Carol Radosevich) and sister-in-law to Thomas (Lori), Lawrence (Denise), David (Sue), Gregory (Carol) Domian, Mary (John) Sittler, and the late Daniel (surviving Pam) Domian. Beloved aunt, great aunt, niece, cousin, and friend.

 

Donna graduated from Des Moines North High School, Truman State University, and the University of Iowa for her PhD. She held a career in education and education administration in various locations in Iowa and Missouri before changing industries. Donna worked for 30 years as a Financial Advisor with Edward Jones in Wisconsin and Cape Girardeau, Missouri, where she built a successful business serving the community. She was a proud member of Cape West Rotary Club, serving as President from 1996-1997, and Zonta for many years.

 

Services: Visitation Friday, April 30 from 4-8 p.m. at Kutis City Chapel, 2906 Gravois Ave., St. Louis, 63118. Funeral at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, May 1 at Park Lawn Cemetery, 1800 Lemay Ferry Road, St. Louis, MO 63125. Lunch to follow. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Des Moines North High School – Polar Bear Scholarship Fund in Memory of Donna Vignovich Domian or the National Immigration Law Center.
