Born February 20, 1948, died Monday, January 9, 2023. Beloved son of the late Joseph Frank and Margaret Marie Dolezal (nee Sitner). Dear brother of Shirley Christine Dolezal-Heaghney. Dear friend of many.

Joe Graduated from O’Fallon Technical Highschool in 1966. He served in the army from 1971 to 1973 and was promoted to sergeant E-5 during Vietnam. He worked as a toolmaker, machinist, and was hired by Chrysler Corporation where he was promoted to Manufacturing Tool Engineer for close to 30 years.

Joe loved all animals, birds, and mammals. He volunteered at the World Bird Sanctuary for years. He fed all the wild animals at his home every night, including animals such as birds, raccoons, opossums, and cats. His passion was bass fishing, doing magic, shooting pool, helping people, and taking care of his little dog.

SERVICES: Funeral service at Kutis Affton Chapel, 10151 Gravois Rd., Monday, January 16, 10:00 am. Interment Sunset Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to World Bird Sanctuary, 25 Bald Eagle Dr., Valley Park, MO., 63088. Visitation Sunday, 3:00 to 6:00 pm.
