On Friday, December 4, 2020. Loving wife of the late Vernon Denny. Loving mother of the late Denise (Surviving Tony) Koclanes. Dear sister of Jasper (Janet), Vince (Cathy), Tony and the late Ben (surviving Dot) Bono, and the late Frances Travers. Dear grandmother of Leah and Zachary. Our dear aunt, cousin and friend to many.
Private services at Kutis South County. Interment JB National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to Parkview Church of the Nazarene, appreciated.
Aunt Rose you will be missed. Your beautiful smile and infectious laugh. Enjoy your reunion with Uncle Vernon, Denise, Mom, Dad, Steve, Grandma and Grandpa and all our other family in heaven. You were deeply loved…
Dear Aunt Rose, you are now reunited with your husband and daughter. I will always treasure our conversations we had. You were a light wherever you went. I will always have and treasure the memories of our family gatherings. You have run and finished the race and now can be said of you “well done my good and faithful servant.”
I was so sorry to hear about the passing of dear Aunt Rose. So many fond memories of Christmas get-togethers at Grandma and Grandpa Denny’s home. Aunt Rose had so many funny family stories that will be ever cherished and shared. Such a huge spirit in a small body. You will be remembered always, deeply loved and forever in our hearts.
In remembrance of my sweet Aunt Rose. I am thankful for her story-telling, her cheerful, positive attitude and particularly her meaningful words of advice, “the only thing that really matters is how we treat each other.” She will be truly missed.
