Ginny was a stay at home mom and always there for her six children. She loved her family immensely and made the holidays extra special, especially Christmas. She was an avid Dillard’s shopper and known as a “bargain shopper extraordinaire”. She was one of the best cooks and bakers around. She will be fiercely missed by her family and friends.
SERVICES: Visitation at Kutis Affton Chapel, 10151 Gravois Rd., Wednesday, May 19, 3:00 pm to 6:30 PM. Thursday, May 20, 9:30 am from Kutis AFFTON Chapel for a 10:00 am Mass at St. John Paul II . Private interment at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the Alzheimer’s Association and ALS Association St. Louis Chapter.
Although all my aunts, uncles and cousins are great people, aunt Jenny was one of my favorites. God bless everyone.

I will always remember Mrs. Blandina as a kind loving woman. She always has a smile. The first time I saw Mrs. Blandina I thought she was teenager in the neighborhood and found out she was a mother of three. She remained good friends with my parents for almost 60 years. She will be truly be missed and will remain forever in my heart.
Aunt Ginny was so amazing. She treated me like I had always been one of the family. Always had an amazing hug for me. The Blandina children of Ginny are blessed to be able to call her mom. Condolences
I always enjoyed time spent with Ginny. What has always been clear is her love for her family and her love for God. Even in the most difficult of times, she always kept such a great sense of humor. I adored her!
Ginny was my friend and I loved and adored her. We would laugh until we cried at our monthly get togethers. She taught me a lot and was the kindest woman I knew…SHE WAS A GOOD WOMAN. Jerry and I will miss her.

Jenny was one of the sweetest individuals I’ve ever met I enjoyed spending time with her she always had a smile on her face never complained.
So many fond memories from countless Friday night dinners to her delicious homemade spaghetti sauce recipe that I still make monthly. She was always smiling and laughing. Such a true lifelong friend to my parents. God bless!

A lovely, cool aunt! Aunt Ginny was a wonderful mother, who along with my dear Uncle Leo (my Dad’s younger brother), raised some fantastic children. Aunt Ginny will be so missed, but always residing in our hearts. …Not sure why this memory popped into my mind, but as kids, my sisters and I were not allowed to drink sugary soda drinks. But one day while visiting Aunt Ginny, she gave us each an ice-chilled Coke. Even now, I still recall how good it tasted! LOL. Rest in Heaven, Aunt Ginny.

We are so sad to hear about the passing of Ginny. Joe has shared many stories with us over the years about all of the fun and happy memories he had with his mother. We are thinking of the Blandina family today and will keep them all in our prayers.

Aunt Ginny will be missed greatly by all. Many fun times making jelly. She was such a staple in the families. Her and Leo set wonderful examples for all to follow. Prayers and may she rest in peace.
I feel so lucky to have been chosen to care for Ginny , and Leo at Stillwater for the time I did have with them both . Ginny made me feel more than welcome into her legacy . She played a huge part in a nurturing mother manner in my life , and gave the best advice for any situation . Naturally as it came her quick witted humor during a hard time of her own life taught me the most valuable lesson in this life as she said before “Family is the most important part of anyone’s life.” She made a legacy , and her legacy is one I’m so appreciative to have been apart of . I will always remember Ginny being the outstanding mother , chef , and comedian in the time I was blessed to have shared with her . The love she gave everyone can move mountains , and the kindness in her heart was the warmest most loving place to be .
Ginny was one of a kind!! She was the best to make you laugh, even when you thought she didn’t hear you! The love shared between her and Leo should be modeled by every married couple. They were so proud of their children, and welcomed everyone around them as if they were family. God Bless Ginny and her family as they heal from her loss. She will be dearly missed but so thankful I knew her.
What wonderful memories as a child living on Netherton and playing at the home of Mrs Blandina. Mrs Blandina was such a good friend to mom, Monte Williams, and will be missed on this earth. God Bless.
