Beloved husband of the late Waneeda L. Winkler (nee Davis) for 68 years; loving father of Rhonda (Dennis) Leone and Kevin Winkler; dear Papa of Heather (Wyatt) Wilson, Nicolas Leone and Tiffany Brinkmann; dear great-Papa of Aidan,  Bryson and Corbin Brinkmann,  Samantha and Wyatt Thomas Wilson; our dearest brother, brother-in-law, uncle, great-uncle, great-great-uncle, cousin and friend to many.

Thomas served in the U.S. Navy during WWII and was involved in the invasion of Normandy. He was a member of the V.F.W. Post #2593 and the Crestwood Elks. He was an avid sports fan. He always had a smile and was a jokester. He loved to dance and listen to music with his love Waneeda at The Hideaway.

Services: Funeral from KUTIS AFFTON CHAPEL, 10151 Gravois, on Thursday, July 21, at 10:30 a.m. to Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church for 1100 Mass. Interment at J.B. National Cemetery. Contributions to M.S. Society appreciated. Visitation Wednesday, 3-9 p.m.
