Beloved husband for 48 years of Joann Whitener (nee Smith); loving son of the late Ralph and Lois Whitener; dear brother in-law of Joseph (Judy) Smith, Judy (Mike) Levitt and the late John (Sue) Smith; dear uncle of 6, great-uncle of 13 and 1 angel; and great-great uncle of 1.
Ralph was a member of Blueliners, Inc and a US Navy veteran.
Services: Funeral from KUTIS AFFTON Chapel 10151 Gravois, Friday September 9, 11:30 AM. Interment JB National Cemetery. Memorials to St Jude Children’s Hospital appreciated. Visitation Thursday 4:00-9:00 PM

You are in our thoughts and prayers especially at this time of need. Ralph was a wonderful man and friend to everyone he met. Unfortunately Frank and I will be unable to attend his services as we will be out of town.
