Weber, Annette Machelle (nee Jouglard) peacefully entered her heavenly home on April 19, 2018. Beloved wife of Randy Weber for 30 years; daughter of Thomas and Madeline Jouglard (nee Puzzo); sister of Julie (Thomas) Heyman, Theresa (Ray) Bolte and Angela Jouglard; aunt to the late Jodie Jackson, Joelle Jackson, Jeremy Heyman, Nick Brunts and Maria Brunts, great-aunt of 7 and cherished friend to many. Annette was a member New City Fellowship church. She was also a volunteer and supporter of many organizations including American Diabetes, Midwest Transplant, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and Barnes Jewish Hospital. Annette was a very giving and loving person even through many medical challenges. Annette’s favorite saying was “I am too blessed to be stressed.” Services: Funeral at KUTIS AFFTON Chapel, 10151 Gravois, on Tuesday, April 24 at 9:30 a.m. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.
