Vitt and his wife Lori, his mother Cheryl Davidson; his sisters Suzanne Vitt Puckett, Dawn Davidson Brand and her husband Jeff, Theresa Pepin, and his brothers Shawn Davidson and his wife Genie, Jason Schmitt and his wife Megan, AJ Pepin; his nieces and nephews, Ethan, Cassandra, Alyssa, Alex F, Molly, Lexie, Nick, Jack, Sam, Stuart Edward, Seaton, Hudson, Alex P, Shane and JJ; loving in laws Bob and Sharon Fischer, Bill and Chris Fischer, Janet and Isaac Kunz; and his fur-grand babies Luna, and Lilly.  He is preceded in death by his grandparents George and Geraldine Vitt, Emmett and LaFern Greening and his step father Gail Davidson.

Greg and Linda met during college in Kirksville, MO and were married for 30 years. They had three children and enjoyed “growing up” while raising them.  Greg loved to spend time playing with the kids and was a big kid himself.  He coached teams of baseball, softball, and soccer at St. David. Anything he set his mind to accomplishing in work or play he did well and gave it his all….including fighting his last battle when the doctors were in amazement of how well he was continuing to LIVE his life.  When the kids finished high school, Greg decided to give a life-long dream a try and learned to sail.  From the moment he had his first ride on a sailboat at CSA, he was hooked and made sure Linda, his wife, loved the sport as much as he did.
