Passed away on Sunday, November 6, 2016. Bill was born on May 8, 1934. He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Mary Livingston. He is survived by his wife, DeMonta “Dee” Vandveer for 59 years. Dear father of Sandy (Lenny) Detmer; Guido “Guy” (Tina) Vandveer III and Joyce Walczak; dear grandfather of Jennifer (Kevin) Brice, Lisa (Chuck) Jump, Samantha (Jonathan) Moran and Jonathan Walczak; dear great-grandfather of Cheyenne, Sienna, Jacob, Brooke and Lucas; dear brother of Rodger (Cora) Vandveer and Ruth Reid; our dear uncle, great-uncle, nephew, cousin and friend to many.
