Deepest sympathies to all of her family and friends. She was such a sweet and kind lady. It was always a pleasure to assist her and see her smiling face. Keeping you all in my thoughts and prayers.
Minnie was kind, fun, full of energy, and very self sufficient. I met her 47 years ago when she babysat my son for me. Minnie kept popping up in my life in various ways. I was in Burlington coat factory late one night, and I heard a voice just talking and laughing. Sure enough, Minnie had found herself a part time job in the evening that she could walk to, after babysitting children all day at 80 plus years. Minnie was a friend, you could talk to her about any problem and she always knew the right things to say. If you hadn’t seen her for a while, when she saw you the conversation picked up right where it left off the year before. I think Minnie made everyone she knew feel loved and accepted. My heart broke a little when I heard she was gone. I think she took a piece of it with her because there will always be a spot that no one else can ever fill. Thank you, Minnie, for being there for me when I was young and scared. I would not have made it if it weren’t for you. I love you. You will be missed by all. I was lucky to have known you.
