Tally, Minerd Arnold “Matt”, passed away on October 14, 2021.
Beloved husband of Etta Viola Tally (nee Smith); loving father of Elizabeth (Robert) Gassner, Kathaleen (Dan Hartle) Tally, Sheila Ellis and the late Barbara Greer; cherished grandfather of Alicia Ferdinand, Jacob Schurder, Amanda Ellis, Jacquelyn Gassner, Matthew Ellis, Abigail McCartney, Daniel Gassner, Sarah Soledad-Ellis, Tabitha O’Leary and Joy Ellis and great-grandfather of Jackson, Parker, Brooks, Jude, Jonah, Lydia, Eli, Xavier, Job and Levi; dear brother of Eileen (the late Brunson) Hollingsworth.
Services: Visitation at Kutis South County Chapel, 5255 Lemay Ferry Road, on Friday, October 22, from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm. Inurnment following at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Aging Ahead, American Cancer Society or the Alzheimers Association.
My family and I send our deepest sympathy to you aunt Etta. Elizabeth. Kathy Sheila and family. We did not know of uncle Minerd passing until today. Our prayers are with you all.
