Gwendolyn Lea Stough, 60, Arnold
Gwendolyn “Gwen” “GG” Lea (Cheatham) Stough, 60, of Arnold died Feb 4, 2022. Gwen was raised in Arnold and was active in the First Baptist Church of Arnold.
First and foremost, Gwen was a follower of Jesus Christ! Born June 25, 1961, in Arnold, she was the daughter of Grover Cheatham and the late Barbara (Freeman) Cheatham. Her life reflected the love of Christ in the way she loved people and served others. She had a huge passion for her grandchildren which she showered with love, praise, songs, sleepovers, and trips. She was also passionate about Juice Plus, which she began taking and selling in 2017. She treasured the relationships formed as a member of the company. She was blessed to be a member of a wonderful prayer warrior group of women, The Fireflies.
She is survived by her three children Jessica (Stough) Rochat, Jacob Stough and Jordan Stough; her father Grover Cheatham; her brother Darrell Cheatham; her son-in-law Larry Rochat; daughter-in-law Kelly (Phillipp) Stough and soon to be daughter-in law Lexi (Quante) Stough; and her 8 precious grandchildren Taylor, Reece and Elle Rochat; Sadie Stough; Brynlee and Roman Stough; Bentley and Liam Cobb. She was preceded in death by her mother Barbara Cheatham and sister Juanita (Cheatham) Lucy.
Funeral services will be held Saturday 12 February at First Baptist Church Arnold at 11:00 am. Visitation will be Friday 11 February at First Baptist Church Arnold from 4:00 to 8:00 pm.
Gwen will be greatly missed by many and her faith was her ever shinning light.
The world needs more Gwens. Her love of family was evident everyday as was her love for her God. Rest In Peace my dear Gwen. My sincerest condolences to her family and hugs from heave to shower the grandchildren she so dearly loved.
Gwen had a beautiful way of lightning up any room she entered, and a smile that was infectious. She will be missed by many, but she is resting with Jesus now and rejoicing.
If ever a more beautiful person, Gwen loved everyone I felt, she never judged us, there was no worry, she passed through this life with only positive happy vibes, kindness and generosity, and sang like an angel. When we needed clothes for our son she gave everything she had, what a blessing she was to us, see you later, our friend!
My missgiving, I wasnt a close friend. I was in single group with her. It was always a joy being around her. She was sweet and funny ans so kind to everyone. She was a great example of Chrisian faith! She will be missed for so many reasons! Prayers go out to all of her family!
My heartfelt sympathy to all of Gwen’s family, especially Jessica, Jacob & Jordon. My heart hurts for all your family members. Gwen had a wonderful servants heart. Her bright & loving personality as well as her beautiful smile was a treasure. She will be incredibly missed. ❤️

When I think of Gwen, I smile. You could not be around her and not see the positivity surrounding her. I will always remember her infectious laugh and smile that made your day a little bit brighter.
