Smith, Patricia A. Tuesday, June 14, 2016 passed peacefully in the presence of her children.
Loving wife for 53 years of Sammie J. Smith, devoted herself to her husband, children and grandchildren. She was happiest in the presence of them all. Dear mother to Jeffrey (Karen) Smith and Julie (Todd) McNab; survived by her mother Edie Swearengin and brother Gary (Janice) Swearengin. Beloved grandmother to Tori, Alex, Maddie and Kayla. She was a loving cousin, aunt and friend.
