Judith Arlene Shepp-Omre of Shiloh, Illinois passed away on November 28th, 2022, after suffering a stroke. She was born October 19th, 1943, in Fort Smith, Arkansas to parents, Donald and Arlene Shepp.  She had one younger brother, James Edward Shepp, who she loved very much.  She grew up with her brother in St. Louis, Missouri, attending St. Louis City schools and graduating from Dewey High School. She met her future husband, Roger Llyod Omre, in 1965 and married him one year later in 1966, forging a loving partnership that would last over 56 years.  Judy and Roger started a family in 1970, giving birth to a son, David and daughter, Nicki two years later in 1972.  She is survived by her husband, Roger, Son, David, Daughter, Nicki and her husband, Robert Whitrock, her grandson, Tyler, as well as Tyler’s longtime girlfriend, Liv Cohen.  Judy was a supportive and loving mother, grandmother and wife to her family and a friend to many.  She will be dearly missed.

Services:  December 7, 2022. Visitation from 10:00 – 12:00 followed by a service. Departing from Kutis to St. Paul Churchyard Cemetery at 1:00.
