Joe can be remembered for his kind and compassionate spirit for animals. He also touched so many hearts with his quick wit to tell a good story. He loved the outdoors and would always be seen with his dog “Buddy”. As an Uber driver he was known to offer rides to people carrying a big load or someone caught in the rain. He attended school in Ste. Genevieve, MO. where he made lifelong friends. Son of John and Jean Shaw; father of Tawney Reigh Sullivan; brother to John T. Shaw, Constance A. Wright, Alan P. Shaw, Patricia L. Shaw; uncle to 6 nephews and 6 nieces and family and friends too numerous to list, but not forgotten.

Services: Memorial visitation to be held at Kutis Affton Chapel, 10151 Gravois Rd., Wednesday, February 20, from 4-8 PM. Private Interment. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to an animals shelter of your choice in his memory.
