  93, died peacefully on Friday, April 6, 2018 surrounded by his family – his greatest joy. Ray will be greatly missed by his wife of 66 years, Ginny (nee Youngman); daughters, Suzie (Bill) Kunderman and Marianne (Rob) Fricke and son Chris (Edie Rue) Scholin.  He was a much loved brother to  Bobbie (Weyman); grandfather of Emma and Jacob Fricke, Ben and Jake Kanipe, Oscar and Forrest Scholin; great-grandfather of  Aubry Wozinak, Esme and Leo Nelson, and Conrad Kanipe; uncle of 20 and friend to all who knew him. He was preceded in death by his son Jim, parents Ruth and C. Albert, and brother Kenny.

   Services: A Celebration of Ray’s Life will be held on Sat., April 28 at 12:30 p.m. in Eden Theological Seminary’s Wehrli Chapel with a reception in Commons Hall to follow.  In Ray’s memory, Memorials can be sent to The Scholin Music Fund at Eden Theological Seminary, The Scholin-Weems  Scholarship Fund at Trinity Presbyterian Church or Camp Wyman.  A SERVICE OF KUTIS AFFTON CHAPEL.
