Passed away on Friday, June 24, 2022. Beloved husband of 69 years to Gene Schoen (nee Steffen); loving father of Kenneth (Diane) Schoen and Michele (Kevin) Kovarik; dearest grandfather of Michael (Michele) Kovarik and Brian (Beth) Kovarik; dear great-grandfather of Cole, Tres and Mason; dear friend to many.
Services: Visitation at KUTIS AFFTONCHAPEL, 10151 Gravois, Tuesday, June 28, 5-8 p.m., and on Wednesday June 29, 8:00-9:30 AM, then to Sunset Cemetery for 10:00 AM service.
So sad to lose one of my oldest hunting, fishing, camping, and all around dear friends.
Some of the best fun of my life was with my dearest friend Don. Our childhood experiences will never be forgotten.
