Scheithauer, Frank L.

passed away on Wednesday, February 17, 2016.

Beloved son of the late Frank and Louise Antonia Scheithauer; brother of the late Louise Taylor; brother-in-law of  Richard M. Taylor; uncle of Jan (Charles) Davis, Judy (Neil) Talley and Nancy (John) Bottomley; dear great-uncle of Alex, Adam and  Ashley, and friend to many.

  Frank served in the United States Army during the Korean War. He  retired from Famous Barr Company after 38 years of service. During his retirement, he was a volunteer at the St. Louis Zoo, Support Dogs  Association, the Fox Theatre and  Variety the Children’s Charity.

  For many years, Frank was active in community theater, both as a  performer and director. He appeared on television in the early years of KSD-TV and also was in motion  pictures and television shows that were filmed in St. Louis.

Services: No services planned. Interment Calvary Cemetery. If desired, please make expressions of sympathy in Frank’s memory to the St. Louis Zoo. Final arrangements by KUTIS AFFTON CHAPEL.
