Beloved husband of the late Carol Rutledge (nee Hays); dear father of Sandra (Richard) Swift and Gary (Catherine) Rutledge; dear grandfather of Joseph (Krysta) Rutledge and Caroline Rutledge; our dear brother-in-law, uncle and friend.
He was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and friend. He was loved by all and will be missed.
