95 of Paducah, KY formerly of St. Louis, MO, passed away November 1, 2015. Beloved husband of the late Doris L. Ruga (nee Weber); loving father of Marcia (Jim) Nagel and Kurt (Gail Planje) Ruga; adoring grandfather of Jen (Jane) Nagel, Chris (Kim), Janel (Clay) Embrey; cherished great-grandfather of Kristen, Gavin, Kayley, Laney, Eliza and Alice; dear son of the late Elmer and Freida Ruga; dear brother of the late Delores Parker; our dearest uncle, great-uncle, cousin and friend to many.
