Beloved wife of the late Toney Riley; loving mother of Christine (late Bill Bates) Riley and Anthony Jamie Riley.

Services: Visitation at Kutis South County Chapel, 5255 Lemay Ferry Road, on Saturday, November 14, from 8:00 am until time of service at 10:00 am. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.

    So sorry for your loss , Christine. Effie was a wonderful strong willed women and a joy to talk to. I will miss her .
