I knew Earl as a policeman. We were able to share some stories over the years. Good guy. May God hold him gently in the palm of his hands.
Earl was one of my instructors in the Police Academy. He was my Sergeant in the old Seventh and Third Districts. Earl was an outstanding Officer who set an excellent example for the officers under his command. Earl was much more. He was a kind, caring, loyal, friend who was always there when needed.
