Mr. Probst was a licensed professional engineer by the state of Missouri. Paul was the founder and organizer of the monthly poker game, and organizer of the family dominoes game.
Services: Visitation at Holy Redeemer Church, Sat., Sept. 12, 9 a.m. until funeral Mass at 10 a.m. Interment Smithton Cemetery (Smithton, IL). In lieu of flowers, contributions to the Humane Society of Missouri appreciated.

I worked at Paul’s doctors office for two years + at the front desk until April of 2020. I never check the obituaries but today I did and saw his obituary. I am so sorry for your families loss. You are all in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. I wanted to tell you he was a joy to me. Every time he came in he was always smiling and giving me trouble. I missed him when I left. He will always be remembered. Again my condolences. God bless you all.
