John E. Pidgeon – “Jack” 1939 – 2021 Survived by wife Sharon (Roni), son Nicholas and daughter-in-law Amy of Abrams, Wisconsin, granddaughter, Stefanie Jacobs (U.S. Army), daughter Suzanne and son-in-law Scott Walsh, of Hansen, Massachusetts, daughter, Karyn Pidgeon of St. Louis, Missouri, granddaughter Amberlyn Walsh of Barrington, New Hampshire, grandson, Shane Walsh of Boston, Massachusetts, great-granddaughter Ellie Hausammann of Barrington, New Hampshire, sister Christine May of Buffalo, New York and sister Alice Pidgeon of Rochester, New York. Also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews across the United States.
Jack enjoyed traveling with his wife (Roni) and visiting the various the National Parks across the country. He was also an avid photographer.
Services: Visitation at KUTIS SOUTH COUNTY CHAPEL 5255 Lemay Ferry Rd. on Monday, August 16, 10 a.m. until time of service at 11:30 a.m. Interment Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.

Our next door neighbor for 25 years, Jack was a great, good hearted soul. We always enjoyed talking to Jack and hearing his great life stories. He now has full peace in Heaven. God bless you and God speed our friend!!!!

I’m so sorry to hear about your loss. I never had the opportunity to meet your dad but I envy the relationship you had with him.
My dad died when I was 12 so I never had the chance to know him as an adult like you did your dad. I’ll always remember you talking about the fun you had walking around the mall with him early mornings for “exercise”, seeing who could find the most money, your dad had you beat walking the drive thru for dropped change, and the best of all your Easter egg coloring contest just to name a few. Remember and keep in your heart how lucky you were to have that special time with him. God bless his soul.
