Picha, Daniel J. “Danny” 30, of Imperial, died August 23, 2022. Beloved son of Tom and Karen Picha (nee Zielinski). Dear brother of Tommie (Jackie) Picha and Melinda Picha. Dear uncle of Brodie and Kodie. Dear grandson of Robert and Sandra Picha and Gerald and Mary Zielinski. Our dear nephew, cousin and friend.

He graduated from Seckman Senior High in 2010 where he was a part of both the hockey and golf teams.  His love for hockey began when he was just 3 years old following in his older brother, Tommie’s and his father, Tom’s footsteps.  Aside from hockey the three also loved golfing together.  Danny started to learn to golf alongside his father and brother at the age of 7.  This was only the beginning of his athletic journey.  When he was a junior in high school, in 2009, he had the privilege of qualifying for the state golf tournament.  Following high school, Danny enjoyed playing golf on Wednesdays, Sundays, or really any day that ended in “y.”  When he was not playing golf he was either at the gym, playing sports with his nephews, Brodie and Kodie, or playing cornhole with his brother.

Service: Funeral from Kutis South County Chapel, 5255 Lemay Ferry Rd., Thursday, September 1 at 9:30 am. Interment Park Lawn Cemetery. Visitation Wednesday 4-9 pm.
