On Tuesday October 19, 2021 Christopher John Paule (Chris, Paule, Redwood) of Oakville Missouri, a loving father of 6 children, peacefully passed away at the age of 64, surrounded by his loved ones. He Leaves behind Diana Schmitt McCall (47), Ashley Chandler (34), Megan Paule (27), Hannah Paule (24), Jacob Paule (22), Matthew Paule (20), and 3 grandkids.
Chris was born on March 25, 1957 to loving parents Arthur and Eileen Paule in St. Louis, MO. At which time he became the 5th of 9 children: Lucinda (Cindy) Paule, Victoria (Vicki) Hosman, Mary Garner, Laura Paule, Doug Paule, Lisa Manning, and the late Phillip Paule (Vietnam 1970), and Susan (Sue) Griffin (2021). He Served in the US Navy for 25 years as a Chief Petty Officer, and earned his Masters degree at Webster University in Business Management and Technology.
As a retired vet, he enjoyed volunteering in his local community and fishing with his best buddy Chief, his beloved dog. He was known for his vivacious personality and being able to strike up a conversation with just about anyone. He was also known for his big kind heart and always helping those in need.
A visitation will be held on Thursday October 28, 2021 4-8pm, at Kutis South County, 5255 Lemay Ferry Rd.
Funeral services will be held the following day on Friday October 29, 2021 at 9:30 am, at Kutis South County, followed by a burial service at Jefferson Barracks.

Just heard this news and am so very sad to hear of both Chris and Suzie leaving our world. So many long-ago memories of all the cousins together in that big, old house in St. Louis with Aunt Eileen whistling downstairs in the kitchen, cooking up such wonderful food. I am saddened at his passing, I served with him on the USS Harold E Holt FF-1074…I have such fond memories of ducking waves on the signal bridge, and lacing up our boots for the pitch…or talking about our kids of late…I had hoped to see him at our recent reunion but I was unable to attend. I’m so sorry for your loss. I always loved seeing your dad at OHS games and running into him around Oakville at some of his favorite eating establishments. He was a kind man and always had a smile on his face. He adored his children and was a very proud dad! He will be sorely missed!

Chris was a friend to many. He was so very likable and friendly. After many years, we reunited and talked much about the past snd even more about the present. I was Chris’s soccer coach at CBC High School back in the day. Most recently he would come to our games and sit with the coaches on the sideline during the game. He loved every minute of it. This is a devastating loss. I looked forward to having Chris with us during the rest of this current season.
