Mr Partin was an avid South County mall walker.
Services: Visitation at KUTIS AFFTON CHAPEL 10151 Gravois Wednesday, May 25, 3-8 p.m. then taken to St. Mark Catholic Church (8300 Morganford) Thursday, May 26 for visitation at 9 a.m. until funeral Mass at 10 a.m. Interment J.B. National Cemetery. Memorials to Walker Scottish Rite Speech Clinic appreciated.
