Mary L. Osterhagen, of Fenton Missouri, passed away with her family by her side on Friday the 24th of March 2023 at the age of 80 years.

She will be lovingly remembered by her children; JoAnn (Wayne) Lowes, John Osterhagen Jr, Jeff Osterhagen, and step son Hillmar (Walli) Freund; grandchildren, Trisha (Justin) Jeffries and Wayne “Eddie” Lowes Jr; great granddaughter; Brooke “Charlee” Jeffries; siblings; Lillian Schoellhorn, Ernst (Mary Sue) Schoellhorn, Patricia Schoellhorn, and John (Kathleen) Schoellhorn; dear friend Connie (Ed) Hawley; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, family members and friends.

Mary is preceded in death by her husband John Osterhagen Sr of 55 years; great-granddaughter, Jordan Jeffries; and her parents Ernst and Veronica Schoellhorn.

Mary enjoyed playing rummy, crosswords puzzles, reading, watching Blues and Cardinals games. She also enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She worked as a Certified Medical Technician for 29 years.

A Vigil Service will be held from 4pm – 8pm, on Monday April 3, 2023, at Kutis Funeral home in Afton. A funeral mass will be held at St Paul Catholic Church (Fenton) for 9:30 am Mass. Visitation Tuesday April 4, 2023 interment JB National Cemetery.
