My heart is breaking for the loss of this beautiful soul. I have only known Marissa for a short time as we worked at SLU Dermatology together. What I can say is she absolutely Sparkled when she spoke of her Children and Colby….and their puppy…..and all of her siblings and her Parents. I can tell you that from the 2 weeks I have known Marissa she was indeed a Treasure . I pray for all that was involved in this tragedy and My family will keep you all in thought and prayer for weeks and months to come.

Our sweet Riss…. the little girl I got the honor of watching grow into a young woman. Your life was just starting and you had so much more to do…. you had huge things ahead in your future, Why you? It was never supposed to be you. How can this world keep turning without you? Your contagious smile and sparkle in your eye could light up any room and the world will never be the same without you. You are loved and missed by so many Riss.
Although I only met you a few times, my respect and love for you goes beyond words. Marissa, you watch over Colby and your babies from above, they have been so fortunate to have you as their mommy, even for this short time. You certainly earned your wings. Love, Aunt Pat.
