He was currently a carpenter’s apprentice with his uncle as his mentor; His aspiration was to become a carpenter like his late grandfather, Terry Nelson Sr. He was also a youth soccer coach at World Wide Technology Park. He loved watching & playing soccer, bowling with friends, playing video games, and lounging around with his cat, Finn.

Ryan met his girlfriend, Taylor, during grade school at a school mixer. They enjoyed driving around, eating ice cream, and watching movies together.

Anyone close to Ryan knew that he was always making others laugh. He had an immense passion for his family & friends and was always a source of fun. His family and friends will miss him more than words can say.
