Loving mother of Scott (Angel) Moyer and Tammy Awtrey; cherished grandmother of Dustin Hoover, Evan Boatright, Aaliya Awtrey, Dalton Hoover, Lilian Awtrey, Gaven Moyer and Trenton Moyer and great-grandmother of Kieffer; dear sister of Randy Woodruff, Alice Faye Clark and Mark (Janice) Woodruff; dear cousin of Barb Uttech; our dear aunt, great-aunt, cousin and friend.
Service: Funeral at Kutis South County Chapel, 5255 Lemay Ferry Road, on Wednesday, January 13, 11:00 am. Interment Shepherd Hills Cemetery. Visitation Tuesday 4:00 to 8:00 pm

My deepest condolences to the family. Brenda was someone who made everyone feel loved in ways that lasted forever. She will forever hold a place in my heart and memory.

Altho i haven’t seen Brenda since we all lived in the same “neighborhood” i have fond memories of those days…my prayers go out to all of you at this time..

I am so sorry for your loss. Prayers go out to your family. I remember Aunt Brenda always being kind and caring towards our family. She always had a smile on her face. I remember when she was pregnant with Tammy and Scott. She was so happy and proud. She loved to “show you off” to everyone. It is a difficult time for you, and as time goes on, remember the good times. When you are feeling sad, just pause, and think of a happy memory and smile. It’s what she would want for you all. She’ll live on in those memories.

You have raised a beautiful daughter ,Ms. Moyer, and I am very thankful for meeting your sweet and kind daughter 25 years ago! She will forever carry on your name and legacy. just as you have done. Rest in Peace Sweet Woman of God!!
Tammy, I am so sorry for the loss of your momma. She is now in the arms of Jesus!! She was a caring woman and always smiling. She will be missed by many who knew her.
