Moore, Thomas Lee

A wonderful man was taken from us far too soon at the age of 66 on Tuesday, September 6, 2016.

Loving husband of Whendy Moore (nee Weiss); cherished father of Thomas M. (Traci) Moore and Tina (Jamie) Portell; dearest grandfather of  Allison, Katy, Craig, Zachary, Courtney, Katelynn, Madison and of course Jasper; son of Jane Moore and the late Leroy “Bud” Moore; dear brother of Barb (the late Ken) Garthe, Bonnie (Len) Laskowski, Sally (Steve) Rothweiler, Kerry Meuren, Tim (Sandy) Moore, Larry (Linda) Moore, Cindy (the late Rich)  Mersinger, Jack (Linda) Moore, Pat (Kathy) Moore, Bridgett (Will) Hager and Terry (Kelli) Moore; our dear  uncle, cousin and friend to many.

Tom was a retired elevator  constructor of 40 years, with IUEC Local #3 and was a proud veteran of the Vietnam War.

Services: Funeral at KUTIS SOUTH COUNTY CHAPEL, 5255 Lemay Ferry Rd., Friday, September 9, 1:30 p.m. Interment JB National Cemetery. Contributions in Tom’s memory may be made to the American Cancer Society. Visitation  Thursday, 4-8 p.m.
